CREDENTIAL

Mandate

Contracted

Contracted to prepare twelve complete regulatory dossiers (new permit applications, first and second renewals) for an exploration-permit portfolio in Central Africa, each covering the administrative, technical-geoscientific, environmental-social, financial, cartographic and legal volets required by the national Mining Code and OHADA law, with an obligation of result on formal completeness and second renewals supported by scoping-grade studies with Inferred resources.

Context

A permit that lapses on a formality can erase years of exploration spend. Regulatory engineering treats every dossier as a legal instrument, not paperwork.

Approach

Each dossier is assembled across its administrative, technical, environmental-social, financial, cartographic and legal volets, under an obligation of result on formal completeness, with second renewals carried by scoping-grade studies.

Standards

National Mining Code · OHADA · CCJA arbitration framework · PDF/A with legally opposable e-signature · anti-corruption compliance (FCPA, UK Bribery Act, Sapin II)
