Five rungs, one ladder: a mandate can enter at any rung and climb. The same evidence discipline runs from the first advisory note to closure planning.

• Advise. Transactions, regulatory and disputes work, alongside market and maritime intelligence: permitting and renewal dossier engineering under national mining codes and OHADA, mining-law and licensing advisory, lender due diligence and bankability review, expert support in ICC-format arbitration, and recurring commodity supply-and-demand studies.
• Explore. Exploration strategy and field programs: program design and direction, ground magnetics and radiometrics, 3D seismic acquisition and processing, stream-sediment and soil geochemistry, RC and diamond-drilling campaign supervision, and staged de-risking from reconnaissance to infill.
• Study. The full study ladder, Scoping and PEA through PFS and DFS or BFS, with estimating mandates spanning AACE Class 5 to Class 1, trade-off studies, geomechanics, process and plant engineering, and economic evaluation with sensitivity modelling.
• Design & Deliver. Infrastructure and logistics engineering for mine-to-port systems: deep-water mineral terminals, heavy-haul rail corridors, access roads, high-voltage transmission, power and water, taken from APS pre-design through structural sizing, execution drawings and cost estimates.
• Sustain & Close. Environment and social practice to IFC Performance Standards and Equator Principles Category A: multi-season baselines, critical-habitat and biodiversity programs, FPIC and Indigenous-Peoples planning, resettlement frameworks, ESMP suites, grievance mechanisms, ESG audits, and mine closure and rehabilitation planning.
