Commissioned to deliver the environmental and social impact assessment program for a heavy-haul rail corridor linking iron-ore deposits to a deep-water mineral terminal in Central Africa: some fifty baseline, trade-off and management-plan work packages to national standards, from terms-of-reference drafting and public enquiry through the final assessment before the technical commission, fielding a thirty-person team including seconded ministry experts.

Context

A rail-corridor assessment is a program, not a document: dozens of work packages, a public-enquiry cycle, and a technical commission at the end of it.
